Does any body know a good pre paid or post paid mobile broadband company?

I will be using the mobile broadband it for check emails and surf the net.

In windows XP you can enable or disable the internet connection by clicking on Network Connections / local Area Connection, then right clicking to bring up a menu where you can disable or enable the internet connection. How do you do this in windows 7?

I've set up a QNAP NAS TS-219P+ (with latest firmware) for use at my office with remote file manager access (through a web browser) via QNAP's own DDNS service (mycloudnas.com). The NAS has a default SSL certificate and key which enables me to access it via https using the LAN or web. My question is in two parts:

1. How secure is a 'default' ssl certificate and is it worth adding in a properly signed SSL cert?

I am using Windows Live Mail 2009 and Windows 7. What is the best way to back up my emails? There are no email folders in My Documents so they aren't being backed up when I do my normal backups. I can't even seem to find where they are stored. Googling the issue brings up programs like KLS Mail Backup. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

As soon we click on a youtube video the laptop switches itself off
There is no error sign it just goes black. And to restart we have to push and hold the start button

I use Free Download Manager a lot and it is amazing how much it improves the speed of a big download, I think by starting multiple requests.

But if I had six browser tabs doing the same download they would all start at the beginning, giving no benifit. How do they start a download at a point other than the beginning?

Hi, I have been wondering this for a while, how do you check internet speeds (kp/s)? Do I have to actually go to the provider to find out, or is there a way to test it without having to go to the provider?

I go to a particular forum regularly and about a fortnight ago the font suddenly reduced in size as a result this site is hard to read, I am using a laptop and there is no options to increase the resolution and it is that groups forum...as an example of what I mean, this PC User site, the smallest font is about is at least double the size of this forums.

Any ideas????

Hi I'm new to this site but after recent problems on my HP laptop thought I would come here to seek help.

When I open my email inbox page, it shows the top of the message list, whereas before it used to show the bottom where the new messages are. It is quite annoying to have scroll down to the bottom to see the new messages. I have to this every time, even after I have opened it and minimized it and then maximize it. I am using Outlook Express 6, WinXP Home SP3.
