Word 2007/2010 Macro to save files into relative paths

Hey there, I am a student who has lots of work and assignments that require the use of Microsoft Office Word.
My Issue is that I normally save all my files to a USB Drive, however occasionally I have had an issue where I have left this device at home when it has been needed.

I know I could use a backup program, however the tablet-PC's issued to all students have many restrictions on them, including the installation of programs and running many pre-installed programs.

So I was wondering whether there are an macros or Add-ins that allows a person to save a document to two places at once using a relative path.

For example:
Saving a file to
H:\Physics\Term One
would automatically save a copy to
D:\Physics\Term One

Is this possible? If it is, it would be a HUGE help, and would save many a headache.

With regards,
ImminentFate

I think this link is what you are after http://www.gmayor.com/SaveInTwoPlacesAddIn.htm

Google can be your best friend.

I knew someone would post that :)

No, my query is after a macro/addin that will automatically save to a relative path. That means that all files I ever save to one location, will be mirrored in another. The adding you suggested was one I already tried, but it always save to one location instead of a mirror of the current file's save path.
I need something that kinda works like a drive backup, where every folder and file is in a mirror filepath on another drive

Well it sounds like the restrictions are too great to install an add-in or run a macro anyway.
A batch file would do it but you might not have permissions to run that either, so the foolproof solution would be to save in Word 2010 with File, Save and Send, Save to Web and use the cloud storage uploader SkyDrive with a Live/Hotmail account.

Addons and macros can be run, but you're right about the batch files. And the skydrive uploaded is also blocked, as is Sync, so no external automatic backups there

I think that under these circumstances you cannot install an add-in or run a macro anyway.
