I don't think I deserve Hotmail any more
Wednesday, 28 July, 2010
I have had the same password/email for six years but changed it and now I cant remember the new password for my hotmail email and the secret code i have no clue.
It would mean everything if I could get the password. I have TONS of pictures of friends and family which are memories that can't be brought back.
Please help me get a new password. I can prove who I am. I had the same password for years then changed it because someone saw it and decided to change. please help me... my other email either is **** and I only use that to log in to sites.
I'd be eternally grateful if I could come back to ****@hotmail.com. It's been almost a year and I dont want my email for hotmail to be deleted. I will be devastated. Please help.

Once again we have this silly problem.
I apologise to readers who are heartily sick of it.
What do you mean "i have no clue"? The secret question is "What is your favourite colour?". If you don't know that why did you choose that question?Paul Zucker

JCPosted: 09/08/2010 re: I don't think I deserve Hotmail any more Symphony,if you haven't used Hotmail....in over a year,Crikey!, it does not contain anything of great importance.
To you, that is!
You haven't used in such a long time, how do you know that it (your Hotmail account) has been 'suspended'?
Maybe that is the reason ' why' you can no longer access it!
You might stand a chance...of getting 're-activated' if you upgrade to the latest version out(That's if you can remember the answer to your 'secret question'!?!) ToddPosted: 03/08/2010 re: I don't think I deserve Hotmail any more I can understand how people can forget passwords, I myself have, and being the secure minded man I am, I pick a Secret Question such as What is my fav colour? and instead of say Red, I put my first dogs name etc, this makes it so much harder for people to try and guess my secret question as its not hard to do some research and find out who gave birth to who etc.
(Exactly. -PZ) andrew peter collinsPosted: 30/07/2010 re: I don't think I deserve Hotmail any more I agree John. It's like forgetting your PIN. The next thing they will want is the recipe for a nice big bit of malware. Please :( Andy. JohnPosted: 29/07/2010 re: I don't think I deserve Hotmail any more I'm always a bit suspicious of people that forget passwords.
So many forgotten passwords for laptops on a daily basis on the forums and with so many laptops going missing, one has to wonder.
How do you forget a password that you use daily.
(How do you forget your mother's name? -PZ)
