How can I stop Cyber Bullying?

This kid bullies me at school all the time. And he keeps bullying my friends. He has a screenname that is **********. How can I change his password so he can't Internet bully us too.

 Hi Morgan.
Using the Internet or a mobile phone to do that is usually called Cyber Bullying, but it's bullying just the same. It should never happen. In fact it may even be illegal, depending on where you live.
Interfering with his Internet account is no solution. In some ways you'd be guilty of the same sorts of things he's doing to you.
You should talk to someone at school about this. It's something that the teachers would want to know about. Or if you have a school counsellor, talk to them or even the principal. Also tell your parents.
Meanwhile you should be able to ban this person from contacting you via email or Internet chat. Again, if you don't know how, ask your parents for help.

(Hi Rhonda. There's no easy answer. The more you escalate the problem the more you might inflame the situation. But You still have to report it to the school authorities. If reporting it to the school has the wrong result perhaps you have to contact the department of education. (Adults would have the ability to look into the matter and report if to the authorities if necessary. They can also show you how to filter or exclude unwanted people. Changings someones password as you suggest is also illegal - it's hacking and will give them reason to complain about you so use another way.
Cellphone: call the service provide and ask to speak to abuse to report the bullying.
some sites have an abuse@** link - report it there.
depending on what you call bullying it may fall under threating acts in which case you could go to the police.
