I'm a new PC User subscriber.

I want to copy video to VCD but I've heard all sorts of contradictory things about it. How do I find out what HelpStation says about it?

I have an Athalon 1800 with 512M RAM running Windows 2000.

HelpStation has a comprehensive search function. It's over on the left side of the PC User home page.

You should spend some time there searching for terms such as:

VCD

VHS

video and CD

video capture

analog and video

and so on.
